Reservations & Walk Ins

Can I make a reservation?

Reservations become available on RESY three weeks prior to the reservation date at 8am and we offer a two hour dining experience for dinner to ensure fairness to all guests. 

Do you take walk-ins? 

We happily welcome walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis, but we always recommend making a reservation on RESY if availability permits.

Can I book a table on the patio? 

We do reserve a limited number of patio tables, in the event that patio tables are fully booked, please reserve an indoor table and make a note of your request in the reservation notes, we’ll do our best to accommodate you upon arrival. Our patio is dog friendly!

I am running late for my reservation

We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you are running late, the best way to keep us informed is to communicate with our team through your RESY notifications over text and email. Please know this is to ensure fairness to all guests. 

I’d like to book a group reservation or inquire about a buyout event 

If you are looking to book a group reservation of ten or more, please reach out to our General Manager through this link with your desired time, date, and group size. Please note that parties of 6 or more are subject to a 20% auto-gratuity, and that while our servers do their best to separate bills, this is not a guarantee. 

How do I modify my reservation?

If you wish to modify a reservation please do so through the booking on your RESY account. If you require further assistance please reach out to our General Manager through this link with your requested change. Please note, unless confirmed with RESY or our GM, this change is not guaranteed. 

I’d like to cancel my reservation.

To cancel your reservation, please do so through your RESY account with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $10 per person cancellation fee. If you need assistance, email us at gm@rubysohobar.com.

Seating

Our restaurant is predominantly high-top tables with limited booth seating. Please note that while we cannot guarantee specific tables when booking through RESY, if you have a preference, feel free to make a note, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Hours, Menus & Dietary Restrictions

Main Menu: Monday-Friday: 11am-10pm // Saturday & Sunday: 3pm-10pm.

Happy Hour:  Seven days a week from 3pm-7pm.

Late Night Menu: Seven days a week, 10pm-Late.

Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm // Long weekend Mondays 10am-3pm

Dietary Restrictions

We're happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Just inform your server of your needs upon arrival, and we'll do our utmost to cater to them. Furthermore, when booking through RESY, please include any allergies in the description so we can better prepare to serve you. While we take great care to avoid cross contamination, please note we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment at this time.

F1

We air all F1 races between 8am-12am. For reservations, simply visit our RESY booking page below and you'll find specific F1 reservations under the events heading. 

Do you do bottle service? 

Yes, we do! Please email us at gm@rubysohobar.com to inquire about bottle service.

I’d like to bring in my own dessert. 

No problem! Guests are welcome to serve themselves at their table. Please note servers are not responsible for serving outside desserts, and we ask that you mention you are bringing your own dessert when making a reservation. 

Can I bring in my own bottle of wine? Do you have a corkage fee. 

We do not offer corkage at this time.

I’m a food blogger/influencer and I’d love to collaborate with you.

Are kids welcome at your bar?

Yes, children are welcome during the day; however, please note that we do not have booster seats or highchairs, our seating is predominantly high-top, and there is no family bathroom. After 9 PM, our venue is 19+ only.

Is your venue accessible? 

Our main dining room has a small step to enter, and our tables are predominantly high-tops. Additionally, our washrooms are located upstairs and are not wheelchair accessible. However, during the warmer months, we have low-top patio tables on King St that may accommodate guests with accessibility needs. We recommend reaching out to us ahead of your visit so we can do our best to assist.
